Choose the method supplied with your order
Use the QR code, installation link or manual details actually available for your delivered eSIM. A method offered for another plan is not necessarily available for this one.

Install with a QR code or supported link
For the QR method, open Add eSIM in the iPhone's cellular settings and choose the QR option shown by the phone. Follow the confirmation screens until the new profile appears.
On supported iOS versions, a QR in a compatible browser or email app can offer Add eSIM when you touch and hold it. If that option is unavailable, use the manual details or supported link supplied for your purchase.

Set data, calls and roaming separately
Choose the travel line for mobile data when you want to use the package. Your default carrier call/SMS line can remain your home number, or change to an eSIM number when the package includes the required capability.
Apply the package's data-roaming instructions to the travel line. Review home-line roaming and automatic cellular data switching separately so your phone uses the connection you intended.
Check the result and handle a setup problem
A listed profile confirms that the line was added; it does not establish coverage at your current location. Check the destination, activation timing and remaining allowance before relying on mobile data.
If installation is rejected or the profile has no connection, note the exact stage and error. Keep the profile while investigating: a deleted eSIM may not support another installation with the same details.
