# Terms of Use

These terms form the agreement for using DualLine. They explain the service, assigned-number limits, billing, permitted use and the rights that remain yours under mandatory law.

Effective October 1, 2026

On this page

## 1. Agreement and service operator

DualLine is a service of THA MOTORS TRADING - FZCO , Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("DualLine", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Use, the [Privacy Policy](https://dualline.co/privacy) and the [Refund and Cancellation Policy](https://dualline.co/refund-cancellation) form the agreement between you and us for the DualLine mobile application, website and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a service or using DualLine, you confirm that you have read and agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not create an account, make a purchase or use the service. App-store terms and any mandatory terms presented before a particular purchase also apply. If they conflict, mandatory law and the store's control over its own billing process take priority for that issue.

## 2. Eligibility and location

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information and use the service only where it is lawful and offered. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you, your recipients and the place from which you use the service.

Availability in an app store or the appearance of a country or number in the application does not by itself mean that every feature is lawful, supported or suitable in your location. We may restrict a country, network, feature or purchase where required by law, a numbering authority, a carrier, a provider or a platform.

## 3. The service and third-party networks

DualLine provides secondary phone numbers, SMS messaging, voice calling where enabled for a line, and separately purchased one-time verification codes. A DualLine line is a dedicated number for one person’s manual, one-to-one, non-commercial communications. One-time codes use a separate, temporary number; they are receive-only, are not a DualLine line and are not a messaging service. Travel eSIMs are separate mobile packages offered in the app and on the website. Data, validity, coverage and any included calls or SMS are stated for the selected package before payment.

Phone numbers, messaging and code delivery depend on third-party communications providers, carriers and numbering authorities. Apple, Google and other providers also control app distribution, payment and parts of service delivery. Inventory, area codes, routing, delivery, sender identification, verification compatibility and features can change by country, carrier and time. DualLine is not your mobile network operator and is not a replacement for a primary mobile subscription.

## 4. Account security and regulatory verification

Keep your credentials and devices secure and notify [support@dualline.co](mailto:support@dualline.co) promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless and to the extent it results from our breach of duty or you reported unauthorized access without unreasonable delay. Do not sell, transfer or share an account to bypass identity, payment, geographic or security controls.

A carrier or local rule may require accurate subscriber information or identity and address verification for a particular number. If such information is required, it must be supplied and approved before activation. DualLine does not currently collect government identity documents in the app; a number requiring a process that the app cannot support will not be offered as activatable. We may decline or cancel an order that cannot lawfully be completed.

## 5. Assigned numbers, retention and reuse

An assigned number is licensed for use with the service; it is not sold to you and you do not acquire ownership of it. Porting a DualLine number to another provider is not guaranteed and is available only if we expressly confirm eligibility, the underlying provider permits it and all regulatory, verification and fee requirements are met.

You may lose a number when a subscription expires, payment fails, you cancel or delete your account, the number is inactive, these terms are breached, or a carrier, provider, authority or law requires withdrawal. Where the app displays a 30-day protection window, we will attempt to hold the released number for that period, but a mandatory withdrawal may happen earlier. After release, a number may be returned to a provider and reassigned to another person. Before expiry or release, remove the number from bank, social-media, authentication and other third-party accounts. We are not responsible for loss of access caused by leaving a released number linked to another service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

## 6. Acceptable use

You may not use DualLine, or help another person use it, to:

- use an assigned line for business, customer-support, sales, agent, promotional, campaign, bulk or automated communications;
- send spam, phishing, unsolicited bulk communications or automated traffic;
- harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, deceive or impersonate another person or organization;
- commit fraud, steal credentials, evade sanctions, conceal crime or misrepresent identity;
- obtain or intercept verification codes, accounts or personal data without authorization;
- infringe privacy, data-protection, intellectual-property or other rights;
- send unlawful, malicious or harmful content, malware or traffic intended to disrupt a service;
- scrape, reverse engineer, bypass safeguards, probe systems or gain unauthorized access;
- resell, share or transfer numbers, or operate bulk messaging, a call center, trunking or another high-volume service; or
- violate applicable law, carrier rules, platform rules or a recipient's lawful opt-out.

Personal use can include arranging an occasional private sale of your own belongings, but it does not include communicating for a business or on another person’s behalf. Reasonable limits may apply to messages, codes, activations, account creation and other traffic. Privacy is a product benefit, not permission to act anonymously or unlawfully.

## 7. Subscriptions, purchases and service credits

Line subscriptions and one-time-code credits are completed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Before confirmation, the applicable store displays the final price, currency, taxes, billing period, trial terms and renewal details. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled through the store account used for the purchase. Prices and future offers may change, but a change applies to an existing subscription only as permitted and disclosed by the billing store and law.

A prepaid travel eSIM is a separate, one-time purchase through the app or website payment screen. Website eSIM prices are in US dollars (USD); the final total is shown before you confirm payment. It is not an Apple or Google subscription, does not renew automatically, and has the separate refund route described in the [Refund and Cancellation Policy](https://dualline.co/refund-cancellation) .

Any in-app balance or service credit is a limited, personal, non-transferable right to buy eligible DualLine digital services. It is not a bank account, stored-value payment product or legal tender, has no cash value outside DualLine and cannot be resold or transferred. Charges, reversals and provider refunds are recorded in the in-app ledger. Mandatory refund rights and the billing store's rules remain unaffected.

If you ask Apple or Google to refund a purchase, the store may ask us for information about that purchase before deciding. By making a purchase you agree that we may answer with facts about the purchase itself — whether it was delivered to your account, how much of it had been used when you made the request, how long the account has existed, and that account's purchase and refund history. We do not ask the store to refuse your refund; the store decides. The [Refund and Cancellation Policy](https://dualline.co/refund-cancellation) explains the information relevant to a store request and the separate eSIM route.

## 8. Cancellation, suspension and termination

Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. It does not automatically create a refund. Deleting the app, signing out or deleting a DualLine account does not cancel a store subscription. Follow the steps in the [Refund and Cancellation Policy](https://dualline.co/refund-cancellation) .

We may restrict, suspend or terminate affected features or an account where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or networks, address non-payment, comply with law or a provider requirement, or enforce this agreement. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be taken for fraud, security threats, serious or repeated violations, legal demands or risk to a communications network. Termination does not erase payment obligations, rights that accrued before termination or provisions that by their nature should survive.

## 9. Communications, content and privacy

You remain responsible for communications sent through your assigned numbers and for having a lawful basis to contact recipients and process their information. A recipient and the participating networks will receive information needed for delivery and may see your DualLine number even when your primary number remains private.

You retain rights in content you submit. You give us and our communications providers a limited, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, process, transmit and reproduce that content only as needed to operate, secure and support the service, comply with law and enforce this agreement. DualLine is not a backup service; keep any copy you need. Content may be blocked, quarantined or removed where reasonably necessary for delivery, fraud and abuse prevention, legal compliance or account deletion.

Personal-data handling is described in the [Privacy Policy](https://dualline.co/privacy) . Do not send highly sensitive information unless necessary, lawful and appropriate for SMS. Standard SMS is not end-to-end encrypted and recipients can copy, forward or retain messages.

## 10. Availability and emergency services

DualLine cannot be used to contact emergency services, including by voice or text. Do not rely on it for emergency communications. Keep access to a conventional phone service capable of reaching emergency services in your location.

Internet access, operating-system restrictions, carriers, providers, local regulation and maintenance can interrupt or delay service. Delivery and compatibility with a specific bank, social platform or verification provider are not guaranteed unless the app gives an express, current guarantee for that number at the time of purchase. Time-sensitive codes can expire before delivery for reasons outside our control.

## 11. Software licence and intellectual property

Subject to this agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to install and use the DualLine application on devices you own or control. DualLine, its software, design, branding and service content remain owned by us or our licensors. Except where law does not allow the restriction, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the application or use our marks without permission.

## 12. Warranties and limitation of liability

Subject to rights that cannot be excluded, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability of any number, universal delivery or acceptance by a third party. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer remedy that law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made. We are not responsible for loss caused by your unlawful use, failure to secure your account, failure to remove a released number from a third-party account, or an outage or decision of a carrier, app store or third-party service outside our reasonable control. These limits do not reduce any mandatory refund, service or consumer right.

## 13. Changes to these terms or the service

We may update these terms when the product, providers or law changes. The effective date will be updated. Material changes will be announced in advance through the app, email or another appropriate channel where required. A change applies immediately to new users and, for existing users, on the stated effective date after any required notice period. If a material change requires consent, we will request it. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service and cancel future renewals before the change takes effect.

We may add, change or discontinue a feature, country or provider. Where a material change affects a paid entitlement already purchased, we will provide the notice, continued access, substitute performance or remedy required by the store rules and applicable law.

## 14. Governing law, disputes and general terms

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections or the right to bring a claim in another forum that the law of your residence requires. Before filing a claim, you and DualLine agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve it through support. Where no mandatory forum applies, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be applied to the greatest lawful extent and the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a reorganization, financing or sale if your mandatory rights are preserved. This agreement is the entire agreement about the service, subject to terms expressly incorporated above.
