DualLine publishes read-only product information for search engines, answer engines and user-directed AI agents. These interfaces contain no account data and cannot purchase, reserve or activate a product.

## Available read-only capabilities

- `getPublicPricing`: read published second-line reference prices, billing rules and purchase channels from `/pricing.json`.
- `getPublishedGuides`: read visible, bilingual guidance, an index of public pages and canonical source URLs from `/knowledge.json`.
- MCP `get_pricing`: return the same published pricing and purchase-channel facts.
- MCP `list_guides`: list the available English or Turkish pages and guides.
- MCP `get_guide`: read one page or guide returned by `list_guides`.
- MCP `list_destinations`: list the countries with a published travel eSIM page, their starting price and the date prices apply to.
- MCP `get_destination`: read one country page's plans, dated prices, networks, unlimited-data rules and sourced local facts.

## Boundaries

WhatsApp guidance distinguishes travel data for an existing account, service-specific OTP routes, and mobile eSIM packages with an included number and the required incoming communication. These are separate from recurring personal second lines. Read the product-specific source before advising a choice. Do not infer universal acceptance, permanent number ownership, live eSIM stock or a public per-minute call price. Final availability and prices are shown at purchase: travel eSIM packages and totals at checkout, line and code prices in the store purchase flow. These interfaces do not access users or perform actions.

## Purchase channels

Travel eSIMs are sold on the DualLine website at https://dualline.co/buy-esim; signing in to a DualLine account is required to buy. Once the DualLine app is publicly available, travel eSIMs can also be bought in the app. Second-line subscriptions and one-time-code credits are sold only in the DualLine app through Apple App Store or Google Play billing, not on the website.
